00:17Good evening. Good evening to all the listeners of Senators Miguel and Michael Muerger in the recent incidents of some OFWs in Kuwait.

00:26To the listeners of Senator Rapid-Gulfo, that because of the next incidents of the complaints of the victims of OFWs in our country, where others are in Kuwait,

00:38the senator wants to deployment ban or no new OFWs will be sent to Kuwait.

00:44But it is clear that there are still contracts or jobs in Kuwait, that this is his country.

00:52Sending our workers to the lion's den in Kuwait, the problem is with the employer.

00:59Always, if there is a problem, we look at our side. No, we're not the problem. The problem is Kuwait. The problem is the government of Kuwait not doing enough.

02:17Second, I agree with you. There should be some screening, psychological screening, or a level of determining whether the employer is qualified. If I may add, Mr. Chair, the briefing that I mentioned is correct. It's not just on the side of our countrymen. The employer should have a pre-employment briefing.
