00:00The second case, which is also a question from the media, is related to the Malaysian Badminton Association or BAM.
00:11Okay, the investigation in this case is actually not against the institution of the Malaysian Badminton Association or BAM.
00:19So many people are confused, as if we are investigating a relevant institution.
00:23As I have stated, we are investigating a relevant individual.
00:28We have compiled a letter to the Malaysian Badminton Association.
00:32We have also made a review of the letter.
00:35In addition to the content of the letter, there is an element of misconduct.
00:39A senior BAM officer who took a loan without the permission of the BAM Association.
00:44The investigation is now complete.
00:46And a decision has been made where the BAM Association has decided that there is no criminal case that can be committed against the relevant individual.
00:55And we have also been instructed to make a complete report.
01:00And I have also contacted Wabi Hanayo, to inform him that in the near future, until the end of this month,
01:08the Malaysian Badminton Association will send a complete investigation report,
01:12related to several governance issues,
01:18which we see that there are several things that need to be paid attention to by the BAM Association to be corrected.
01:24And the BAM Association has responded well, and also the KBS Association has responded well to our suggestions,
01:32and they are waiting for our report.
