00:00We keep seeing snippets of what the team can do, maybe today is the clearest in a few months of what the team can do.
00:05So are you happy that is another step in the right direction, hopefully?
00:08Yes, look, it's not going to just happen overnight that a team can change.
00:12It takes time.
00:13We've gone from a totally different way of playing to a totally different change.
00:18So in that, it takes time, personnel, the right people in the right places.
00:23So it's not going to happen overnight, but we can see signs of what we're trying to do, which is pleasing.
00:28The frustrating thing is that we've won comfortably today.
00:32There's two or three other games where we could have won comfortably and been a little bit closer to the top, where we'd like to be.
00:37But if we keep playing like that, then we'll be OK.
00:40Just on Elkan, obviously a great performance, but also 90 minutes in the bank as well, which is obviously something he's not managed for a while.
00:46The kid was terrific, fair play to him.
00:49He keeps himself in really good nick to work as hard as he has done day in, day out with two big injuries.
00:55Fair play to him and that is his reward today.
00:57I thought he was outstanding.
00:59Yes, and it's good for you to have, you know, he's been out for a while, but to lose Pennington, unfortunately, so soon after having more competition, to have him stepping like that.
01:06Yes, absolutely.
01:07It's nice.
01:08He gives a nice balance because he's left-footed.
01:10So the balance of the team is obviously very, very good.
01:14So, yes, he's helped it enormously.
