ELLIOT and Marie met on New Year's Eve 2020, they have been together for five years and are engaged. On their second date, the pair were getting to know each other and Marie told Elliot she was a barista and asked what he did for work… Elliot wanted to lay his cards on the table before they got in too deep and confessed to Marie that not only was he in the adult industry but the majority of his work was with other men. Marie wasn't put off, in fact, she found Elliot's openness and transparency a green flag. They continued to see each other and built a relationship. Marie explained, "My straight partner makes spicy content for men. When Elliot told me about his naughty content, I thought he was joking." Elliot spoke of people's confusion over his sexuality because of his line of work, "Everyone thinks that I'm not straight, that I'm just playing her or playing everybody else for my content. That in reality, I'm gay." He continued,"Some of the judgement I received from people was everyone thought I was gay. At one point I had a guy roommate and my mom thought I was gay and she was like, 'It's okay', tell everybody that you're gay. And I was like, 'I'm not gay'. Everybody was just this stuck on me being gay. I don't know why, I'm a straight man and just working in the gay world." Marie says she has faced judgment for being with Elliot, supporting his career and deciding to join him in the adult industry. She has even lost several friends and close family members because of it. The couple have built up a strong following on social media, opening up about their story, and how jobs in the adult industry can be misunderstood. This has led to a backlash online, with comments like, 'You can say 100 times you are straight, only deluded, gullible gay guys will believe it', 'Come on. No straight man on earth would do that', and 'How could a woman accept this, I bet you are the man of the relationship.'

00:00I'm Marie, and this is my partner, Elliot.
00:02My straight partner makes spicy content for men.
00:06It smells like a hundred bucks.
00:08Everyone thinks that I'm not straight,
00:10that I'm just playing her or playing everybody else for my content.
00:14My mom thought I was gay.
00:16You can say a hundred times you are straight,
00:18only deluded, gullible gay guys will believe it.
00:21Everybody was just so stuck on me being gay, I don't know why.
00:24I bet you are the man of the relationship.
00:27How insane a woman can be to accept this?
00:30I've had a lot of friends that I had lost.
00:32When my mom found out about Elliot's work, she wanted us to break up.
00:36I was devastated. I was worried about her.
00:41So two of my fans have requested some custom videos.
00:45One is for myself to sneeze, and another one's for my feet.
00:48I figure I might as well knock out two birds with one stone.
00:51And this is how I make myself sneeze.
00:55The first time someone asked me to do this,
00:58I thought they were joking.
00:59The most I ever made for a custom video was well over a thousand dollars.
01:03We first met on Tinder.
01:06We went out on a group date, and it was pretty awesome.
01:10And we continued seeing each other after that.
01:12When Elliot told me about his content, I thought he was joking.
01:17But then he explained it and helped me understand,
01:19and I became comfortable with the whole thing.
01:22I got into the industry because I was going through a divorce at the time,
01:27and was just still figuring stuff out for myself.
01:29So I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to do that.
01:32I started making mail content because all of the recruiters at the time
01:37on the site that I went on were recruiting me for the guy stuff.
01:40The things I say no to, stuff involving if you have to go to the bathroom,
01:45I don't care how much someone is willing to pay, I will not do that.
01:49A lot of my fans actually purchase my socks.
01:51You know, several pairs or just one itself.
01:53And it smells like a hundred bucks.
01:56Usually the socks go for a hundred.
01:58Ka-ching, ka-ching.
01:59Making content for men as a straight man at first was really crazy
02:05and kind of honestly hard to understand for myself.
02:08But the further along I got and many more scenes I did,
02:12I got more comfortable with myself and was able to separate business from pleasure.
02:17Some of the judgment I received from people was that just everyone thought I was gay.
02:22I had a guy roommate and my mom thought I was gay
02:25and was like, it's okay, you can tell everybody that you're gay.
02:27And I was like, I'm not gay.
02:29Everybody was just so stuck on me being gay, I don't know why.
02:32I'm a straight man that just worked in a gay world.
02:35Some people actually would say,
02:37and yet another gay guy thinking he's fooling everyone that he's straight.
02:42You can say a hundred times you are straight, only deluded, gullible gay guys will believe it.
02:48None of these comments make any difference.
02:50Yeah, and a lot of them are actually pretty funny.
02:53Come on, no straight man on earth would do that.
02:55That's so funny. I bet you are the man of the relationship.
03:06There's just no point in arguing.
03:08Yeah, we usually let things roll off our shoulders.
03:10Yeah.
03:11We wouldn't be doing this if we cared what people thought.
03:14I questioned my sexuality or tried to at the beginning of my career
03:19when everyone kept saying I was gay and why would I do that?
03:22Why would a straight man be doing these types of things?
03:25So I tried to get into it during my scenes at the beginning of my career
03:30and it still was the same thing.
03:32I didn't like it. It was always uncomfortable.
03:35I was never attracted to a man.
03:37So I just realized, hey, I'm straight again.
03:41Hey, how's it going? Are you done?
03:44Yeah.
03:45I need some help on what to wear for my spicy content.
03:49I feel amazing that my girlfriend is able to join me on my adventure.
03:53At first, I really didn't want her to be a part of the spicy content
03:57because I would get jealous and stuff,
03:59but then I was like, well, if she's not working with other people,
04:02then it should be fine.
04:03When I first decided to do spicy content,
04:05at first it was just feed content.
04:07And then we decided to do more.
04:09I used to do barista and this has been a total game changer.
04:13I love being a content creator because I love the freedom of it.
04:16It benefits us in a lot of ways.
04:19There are some rules that we do set.
04:21The main one is we don't ever message or talk to the opposite sex on our phones.
04:26As a monogamous couple, I do get jealous, of course.
04:29And a lot of hot guys being around,
04:31I don't want my fiancée to be around that, obviously, right?
04:34So I keep my business separate.
04:36And then when we do our own content, that's separate.
04:38When my friends and family found out about Elliot's content,
04:42they were very negative about it and they pushed me away.
04:45They didn't really know if we were going to last
04:47just because of all my previous exes due to my work did not work out.
04:51I've had a lot of unsure friends
04:53and a lot of friends that I had lost
04:55just finding out about our relationship and his past.
04:58When my mom found out about Elliot's work,
05:01she was very negative
05:03and she wanted us to break up, to be honest.
05:09Have I grown on you over time?
05:11I guess the hard time for me was
05:13when I found out about your background
05:16and I didn't know about all that.
05:18And how it came to me was through my best friend
05:21and she informed me about it.
05:23So yes, I was devastated at first.
05:26I was worried about,
05:28is this a true relationship type thing?
05:31I was worried about her, I was worried about the relationship.
05:34And it took several months, I would say,
05:37for me to get to know you more
05:40and get to see we wanted to take care of her.
05:43I got to see the dynamics between you two
05:48and that's what really made me feel a lot better.
05:53I felt reassured that this is a relationship for my daughter.
05:58Do you have a different perspective on the adult industry now?
06:02You did explain to me how it was professional.
06:06You are adults and you make those decisions
06:11and you know what you have to do to protect yourself,
06:14take care of yourselves.
06:16What are your plans now?
06:18What is the long term?
06:20The plan long term is to have the business run itself
06:23so Marie and I can focus on our real estate
06:26and coffee shops that she wanted to do.
06:28That's what I'm more into.
06:30And of course, this industry,
06:32the one that I had stumbled upon,
06:34is definitely frowned upon by many.
06:37But if I could do it in a way that's safe for other models
06:40and I don't have to be on camera anymore
06:43and if this can just run itself safely,
06:46you know, legally in the right way,
06:48I feel like, you know, it'd be...
06:51Beneficial.
06:52Yeah, beneficial in the long run.
06:54I wanted you to pursue something
06:57where you did not put yourselves at risk
07:00and you wanted to be more...
07:03follow your ambition.
07:04So I'm happy about that.
07:06Thanks, Mom.
07:07For us, it's been a weight off my shoulders
07:09and I'm glad you're on our side.
07:11Yes.
07:12Love you.
07:13Love you too.
07:14Love you.
07:15Bye.
07:17Our relationship works really well
07:19due to the fact we're just open and honest about everything
07:21and respect all of each other's boundaries.
07:24He doesn't let anyone judge us
07:26or him in anything we do.
07:28It's all about us and our family and the dogs.
07:31To the people that judge us,
07:33I mean, who cares?
07:35I don't care.
07:37I'll go find another hobby or something.
07:39But in the meantime, you can comment or like my posts.
07:42Thanks for that.
