00:00So today we've opened up the new consultation rooms at Hazelmere Health Centre which have been
00:05funded by Hazelmere Town Council's CIL funding which is allowing us more capacity to deliver
00:13care to our patients. It's taken about eight years or so to get this up and going and we've
00:18been assisted by property services who have opened up some space for us in the hospital
00:24to put some of our admin team. We've been assisted by Surrey Heartland's
00:29integrated care system, our health authority who have funded the rental of those buildings
00:35and essentially the last piece of the puzzle was to get the money to refurbish that room and allow
00:42those three consultation rooms to be created. So that has been completed over the course of the
00:48last three months or so. We've also created a space for our blood pressure height and weight
00:55machine which will take it out of the waiting room creating some more room in the waiting room
01:00and we have moved our check-in desk around the corner into the waiting room so that it decongests
01:08this front area as well and all of that has been enabled by doing this. So today's
01:13ceremony was really to say thank you to the Town Council for doing that, thank you for the support
01:18as ever that we get from our patient participation group and thank you to BC
01:24Construction who have done such a fantastic job of converting the rooms.
