00:11rhetoric out of Washington or threatened with tariffs. Colombia too is one of
00:16America's oldest allies in in Latin America. Is there any sense of
00:21nervousness do you think in Washington that perhaps some traditional allies
00:25might start to get a bit a bit fed up and turn their backs on Washington?
00:29Well Colombia was very interesting because it the Colombian president said he would
00:33not accept U.S. planes bringing dangerous illegal migrants to Colombia. When Trump
00:38threatened Colombia with tariffs the Colombian president changed his mind and
00:43said well I'll send a presidential plane to take those illegal migrants back to
00:48Colombia. This is a success for Trump. It's not a big success but it shows he
00:52can get things done and I think that's what's dominating the news in the U.S.
