00:00The number of people who voted for the election gun ban has increased to more than 400, including some members of law enforcement agencies and foreign agents.

00:15The Philippine National Police, PNP, has no plans to stop their off-land attacks.

00:20The Commission on Elections, or COMELEC, is still trying to lay out an operational plan and reassess its program before it is implemented during the election period.

00:30COMELEC believes that their candidate may be threatened or used in politics.

00:36But according to PNP chief, Police General Rommel Francisco Marvil, the gun owners have already issued a gun license.

00:44They are only firing guns to remind them that they need to renew their license.

01:03We only fire unregistered firearms.

01:23The Philippine National Police is adamant that the off-land attacks will not be prohibited during the election period.

01:30According to PNP, COMELEC should not be held accountable for their off-land attacks because this is just a normal procedure.

01:37Even so, PNP is ready to help COMELEC Chairman George Erwin Garcia to lay out the process of off-land attacks.

01:46We need to discuss with the chairman because this is our normal police duty.

01:51And remember, firearms are used for violence.

01:54More than 400 PNP officers were arrested.

01:57The nationwide COMELEC checkpoint for the upcoming election is being implemented.

02:02According to PNP data, civilians are still the first to be arrested.

02:07More than 100 NCR officers were arrested.

02:10They were followed by security guards, PNP, AFP personnel, and others.
