00:07Today is the second day of February, the north-east monsoon is still weak and only affects the extreme northern region.

00:27Based on our latest satellite animation, we don't see a storm or expect a storm in the next few days that will enter our Philippine area of responsibility.

00:38Today, expect hot and humid weather in a large part of Luzon, especially in the southern portions.

00:44It's like the east release.

00:46Expect fair weather conditions or clear morning to afternoon in most areas of Luzon.

00:51It will only be accompanied by cloudy skies in the afternoon or evening.

00:56There will also be isolated rain showers, especially in the eastern side, in the Bicol region, Quezon and Aurora.

01:02While in Batanes, expect gloomy weather.

01:05It will only be accompanied by weak rains and a strong wind.

01:09For Metro Manila, it is also a bit hot today, just like yesterday when it reached more than 33 degrees Celsius.

01:15The forecast temperature for today is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

01:19While in Baguio, it is still between 15 to 22 degrees Celsius.

01:25For our fellowmen in Palawan and a large part of Visayas,

01:28it will also be good to go out for today and it will also be accompanied by fair weather conditions,

03:23by either Tuesday or Wednesday, including Metro Manila.

03:38There will be scattered rains and thunderstorms in some areas of Visayas and Mindanao,

03:43especially Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region.

03:50Because of the shearline and Easterlies, beware of floods and landslides

03:54and always listen to our advisories or even heavy rainfall warnings.
