00:00At the moment, we are still monitoring the low-pressure area inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:08Last night, there was a 305-kilometer flood in Coron, Palawan.

00:12The so-called low-pressure area, if we can see here in our latest satellite image,

00:17it did not bring any rain that could cause continuous rain all day long in any part of our country.

00:24And we also did not expect that this would be a typhoon.

00:28Meanwhile, the Easter lease is affecting some parts of Luzon.

00:32And if we can see here in our latest satellite image,

00:35we can see some clouds in the eastern part of Quezon and Bicol Region.

00:41So, in those areas, it is possible for us to experience a rainy season due to the effect of the Easter lease.

00:46In the western part of our country, we do not see any thick clouds that could cause continuous rain all day long.

00:55So, generally, we have fair weather conditions.

00:57We just have different possibilities of sudden or temporary rainfall due to thunderstorms

01:03or isolated thunderstorms that we usually experience in the afternoon or at night.

01:08Outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility, we are still monitoring the tropical depression

01:15or typhoon that is outside of more than 2,600 kilometers east-northeast of extreme northern Luzon.

01:22As of now, the tropical depression is still moving away from our country.

01:28And we did not expect that it would enter our Philippine Area of Responsibility

01:32or affect which part of our region in the next few days.

01:38Over the next few days or over the next two to three days,

01:41this low-pressure area is possible to dissolve today.

01:45Meanwhile, the effect of northeasterly wind flow will gradually increase

01:49and will affect some parts of northern Luzon.

01:52It is possible that it will cause severe rainfall in some parts of the northern Luzon area.

01:57Meanwhile, in the western part of our country,

02:00the chances of sudden or temporary rainfall due to localized thunderstorms are high.

02:06So, we just have to bear a umbrella or any kind of shelter from the rain.

02:11As for the weather conditions today, as we mentioned,

02:14and according to our latest satellite image,

02:16it is possible to experience rainy weather in the areas of Quezon and Bicol Region

02:21due to the effect of easterly winds.

02:23When it comes to the afternoon to the afternoon,

02:25there is a high possibility that there will be heavy rainfall in the areas of Calabarzon,

02:30in the nearby provinces, as well as here in Metro Manila.

02:34There is a high possibility that thunderstorms will be more frequent,

02:38especially when it comes to the afternoon to night.

03:02our maximum temperatures will reach 33 degrees Celsius,

03:0617 to 23 degrees Celsius for Baguio,

03:0932 degrees Celsius maximum temperatures for Metro Manila,

03:13as well as here in Legazpi and Aguat.

03:16For Tagay, today, it will reach 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:23The weather will be cold in many parts of our country.

03:28Generally, we will still have fair weather conditions.

03:31The weather will be hot, especially when it comes to the afternoon,

03:34in the areas of Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.

03:37There is a possibility of localized thunderstorms when it comes to the afternoon or night.

03:42As for our temperature forecast,

03:44most of the neighboring cities for Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao,

03:49our maximum temperatures will range from 32 to 33 degrees Celsius.

03:56As for the condition of our ocean,

03:58we do not have a gale warning that is high in any province of our country.

04:02Our fellow countrymen will be able to travel freely,

04:04especially those who have small ocean vehicles.
