00:00I would like to say that for PLKN 3.0, we will have a monitoring mechanism
00:11for the purpose of ensuring the effectiveness of this training program.
00:17This mechanism is designed in a comprehensive way by involving various parties and evaluation mechanisms,
00:26including monitoring during the program, continuous evaluation, as well as measuring the impact after the program ends.
00:36So that is what we do, and the difference between PLKN 3.0 and the previous PLKN.
00:44As you are aware, as stated by you, PLKN 1.0 costs Rp. 565 million a year.
00:55It involves 71,300 participants.
01:00While PLKN 2.0 costs Rp. 361 million a year, involving 20,000 participants.
01:12And for PLKN 3.0, it costs Rp. 200 million a year, but involving more than 100,000 participants.
01:23Because it is not only built in the Watania camp through the army,
01:30but it is also implemented in universities and polytechnics.
01:37And it involves more than 100,000 participants.
01:42So the cost per trainee, if PLKN 1.0 is 7,900 people,
01:49PLKN 2.0 is Rp. 18,000, while PLKN 3.0 is only Rp. 2,000 per person.
