A former senior official with the Melaka Chief Minister's Department has been remanded until Saturday (Feb 8) on suspicion of being involved in corruption.
The remand order against the 42-year-old woman was issued by Magistrate Sharda Shienha Mohd Suleiman in Ayer Keroh, Melaka on Tuesday (Feb 4) following an application by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.

00:57She was arrested on Monday to help with investigations under Section 23, subsection 1 of the MACC
