01:37that Ina had a business record in a barangay in Lungsod in 2010.

01:56The agency contacted the BPLO of Valenzuela and they were informed that Ina first and last paid for her business registration in 2010
02:07In order to correct and update Ina's record, she needs to submit a BIR Form 19-05
02:12so that the business can return to its record.
02:15They will also recommend that Ina's record be data-fixed or filed with their national office
02:22so that all possible open cases can be closed.
02:24It means that she doesn't need to pay the agency.
