01:56The agency contacted the BPLO of Valenzuela and they found out that the business was first and last paid by the BPLO in 2010.

02:12so that the business can be returned to its original record.
02:15They will also recommend that Ina's business record be data-fixed or filed with their national office
02:21so that all possible open cases can be closed.
