Many families can’t afford holidays during the official school breaks, but parents who take their children out in term time face fines. Should the system change, or is it necessary to protect education?

00:47they miss a week in October. If your child's really clever they're gonna catch
00:51up but if they're not that bright they're not gonna lose anything anyway.
