00:16His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister
00:20of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, will open the Dubai Government Summit 2013 tomorrow.
00:26The two-day summit is the first of its kind in the region.
00:28It will cover all aspects of government administration and services, with several interactive discussions
00:34by international experts.
00:36Embassies in Abu Dhabi are repatriating the bodies of those killed in the El-Ain bus crash
00:40last week.
00:42Eight bodies have already been repatriated, while another 13 will be flown home Monday.
00:46Twenty-four workers were killed in the collision, while those injured continue to recuperate.
00:52Representatives from Bahrain's political societies, including the opposition, are set to start
00:56a national dialogue today.
00:58The talks begin just four days before the second anniversary of the Bahrain protests.
01:03Tunisian Prime Minister Hamadi Jibali said he will step down if his attempt to form a
01:07technocratic government fails.
01:09His comments came amid unrest sparked by the murder of opposition leader Choukri Biled

01:15It is unclear if Jibali's Al Nahda party will accept the proposal.
