00:08At the moment, we are monitoring a low-pressure area outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:15Earlier at 3 p.m., it was located 345 kilometers southwest of Kalayaan Islands.
00:23This low-pressure area is a medium-chance tropical cyclone,

00:31This low-pressure area is also a low-chance tropical cyclone that entered our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
