00:12The Commission on Elections will not consent to their violation of the campaign materials that were prohibited on the first day of the National Electoral Campaign period.

00:21This is Comilec Chairperson George Erwin Garcia.

00:24Candidates should take the law seriously.

00:27No small or big fish will be caught in this campaign, especially if Comilec will be the one to implement it.

00:32Aside from those who are skilled in private property, if a National Electoral Candidate is seen participating in elections,

00:39the poster of the so-called candidate or party list is backlash.

00:43According to Comilec Resolution 11086, the posters should not exceed 2 feet by 3 feet in size,

00:51and the streamers should not exceed 3 feet by 8 feet.

00:54These should also be made from any recyclable materials such as fabric, paper or cardboard,

01:01and should only be used in common poster areas that are intended for paraphernalia.

01:06They use scotch tape.

01:08If you remove it, the posters will be damaged.
