00:20government on Wednesday decided on a probe by a special investigation team into the 1984
00:26anti-Sikh riots, two days after Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said some of the
00:30party members were probably involved in the violence but were punished.
00:34UN mediator Lakhdar Brahimi has said he does not expect to achieve anything substantive
