00:16by the Islamist insurgency in Syria. In a FrankTV interview, he said al-Qaeda had been
00:21beaten in Iraq by U.S. forces working with Sunni tribes, but they took advantage of the
00:26power vacuum in neighboring Syria to emerge as the group known as Daesh.
00:32Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi connected with thousands of cheering Indian diaspora
00:36at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, promising them he would deliver on the electoral promise
00:41of a resurgent India and urged them to join in the mass movement to work for their country
00:45of origin. Addressing the 20,000-strong crowd, Modi announced relief measures for the diaspora,
