00:29Dubai has been identified as the most attractive city in the world to live in, in terms of
00:34professional and private life, according to a survey by INSEAD. Among 15 of the world's
00:39prominent cities, Dubai topped the list for the best places to work ahead of others such
00:43as New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, London and Paris. The emirate also ranked first in
00:49economic dynamism, third in overall attractiveness and fourth place in quality of life and cost
00:54of living.
00:56New York's Buffalo area braced for another pelting of heavy snow with the weather office
00:59warning those who are to be out on the roads to carry a survival kit. An extreme lake effect
01:04storm had already dumped as much as 65 inches of snow, claiming seven lives across the region

01:44stop airing reruns of the Cosby show. The decisions came a day after another woman came
01:49forward claiming that the once beloved comic had sexually assaulted her.
