00:08Passengers flying out of Dubai's airports will now pay 35 dirhams along with the airline
00:12fare and other airport charges, the Dubai media office said.
00:16The service fee has been introduced to help finance the expansion of Dubai International
00:21and Al Maktoum International at Dubai World Central.
00:24The fee for using airport facilities will be added to all airfares for departing flights,
00:29including transfer passengers.
00:32Those aged under 2 and airline cabin crew will be exempt, as well as those whose arrival
00:36and departure flight numbers are the same.
00:40A US-based advocacy group said 98 girls in Central African Republic reported they were
00:45sexually abused by international peacekeepers.
