00:07Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi has declared a three-month state of emergency
00:12and ordered military special forces to protect vital infrastructure after two powerful church
00:17bombings in which Daesh killed at least 45 people and wounded more than 100 others. The
00:22blast targeted the minority Coptic Christians on Palm Sunday, one of the holiest days of
00:28the Christian calendar. World leaders rushed to condemn the attacks and express solidarity
