00:00Yeah, I've had my heart broken. It's happened. I've also heard all the Bollywood Hindi songs
00:11and cried to my heart's content. I value them tremendously. There is a playlist out there
00:18for me at all times when I feel those things. And my favourite song actually is a song that's
00:23a romantic song but it makes me cry. Which one?
00:25Which is Bolna Alke Alke from Jhoom Barabar Jhoom. I don't know why it makes me cry but
00:29it's just such a beautiful song. I think I'm a closet romantic at heart. As much as this
00:36perception is of me being a Casanova, I think the quest is still to find the one or like
00:41she said become the one so you attract your the one.
00:44I have been heartbroken I would say because I guess you can say that when you really want
00:49something to work out and it doesn't work out for whatever reason it can be really sad.
00:53I guess that is also a part of life and you go through that low and you go through feeling
00:58heartbroken and you deal with it however you have to whether it's crying your eyes
01:02out and that can also be very cathartic. Crying with lots of I would say cupcakes, jalebis,
01:11food in general.
01:16I feel that love as much as we say that you know we want you know when someone asks you
01:23what is your ideal romantic date or even the ideal person what qualities would they
01:28have and some would say oh he should be funny, he should be this, he should be that but when
01:35in reality love comes and smacks you it just happens and you don't see anything then you
01:42don't see those ideas that oh is he funny, is he this, is he that. If you form a connection
01:48with anybody from any background whether you understand that person or you don't understand
01:53that person I believe that that can totally happen.
01:55In our profession, the interaction is restricted to x number of people unfortunately. We really
02:04don't get that opportunity beyond so what you are asking is a very legitimate and fair
02:09question that would we be able to but like she is saying when a heart wants what it wants
02:14you can't find these logical reasons to not be with a person and from a personal perspective
02:22it's very easy I know in a hypothesis it's so simple. I'm sure there are complications
02:25that will happen because of it but I don't think if you love somebody that would come
02:29in the way after a point of time. So yes it is complicated because of these situations
02:33because society has created these situations but I don't think that would take away from
02:38the fact that if anybody from even the film Fidelity would happen to be in that situation
02:41that they would think twice beyond a point.
02:46In this film there is no stalking because they are friends. They spend time together.
02:50She wants to spend time with him. He wants to spend time with her. Like I said I hate
02:54the generalisation of Bollywood doing that. Honestly speaking and this is something that
02:59I feel very strongly about. Movies replicate reality at the end of the day. We are not
03:05teaching how to be. It's not an educational institute. You are not coming to a theatre
03:10and paying money to learn how to behave. You are consuming it for entertainment and maybe
03:15you take a message home subconsciously at a cerebral level if you connect with the film.
03:18So to generalise that Bollywood does it or to generalise that we glorify it would be
03:23undermining the main core element of what films are being made.
03:31Because the majority tends to read it. And movies are being made out of it.
03:35At a democratic level from the country that we are from in India I think that's a victory
03:41for him then. Therefore he is on the winning side of the situation. And I think you can
03:46never be too successful if you don't have enough haters. I agree that criticism is fair
03:51because it teaches you. But you have to also look at how many people he has managed to
03:54convert into readers. But nobody gives him enough credit.
03:58I totally agree. I feel like he is where he is because he gets huge amounts of love and
04:06he has people who buy his books and read his books and enjoy his material. There will always
04:13be as he said if you don't have haters then you are not famous enough.
04:18Probably yeah. You only throw stones on a tree that has fruit on it.
