00:17continuing and businesses yet to register should immediately do so to avoid fines and

00:24An Iranian oil tanker that caught fire after colliding with a freighter off China's east
00:28coast is at risk of exploding and sinking. Authorities from the three countries meanwhile
00:33struggle to find its 32 missing crew members and contain oil spewing from the blazing
00:37wreck. China's state broadcaster said none of the 30 Iranians and two Bangladeshis who
00:43have been missing since the collision Saturday have been found.
