00:30We've spent quite a lot of our own resources, funds and time perfecting obviously design as well as making sure construction progress was well advanced before we started sales.
00:41The whole concept of LiveResidence is for the customer to be able to see and feel tangible results.
01:00What's important is that you price things right. A lot of people felt very comfortable with the prices that we have. Our average price is around 50 and 50 per square feet.
01:08I think what makes us different about this project or what makes us different in general as a brand is that a lot of our effort has been driven by a lot of extensive research.
01:34We have spoken to a lot of clients in this area, in Marina, to discover exactly what is necessary.
01:44Probably the most important things that we got out of this research was that a lot of families outgrow their existing places.
01:53One very simple move that we've made and incorporated into our design is that we've added mates room to 80% of our two beds.
02:01So this way a family doesn't have to incur an additional cost to move up to a bigger apartment.
02:10You can walk down the street, get on the tram and that allows you access to all of Dubai Marina.
02:20And then where we are in Dubai Marina also allows us, if you have a car, to quickly get onto Sheikh Zayed Road with three different accesses to it.
02:27So you're not stuck basically.
02:41As you can see, my podium is, if not three size, at least two and a half size the size of the main building itself.
02:51So once you've completed this fixture, it will take about eight days for every floor to go up.
02:59So by June, July this year, you will see this tower stand about 17, 18 floors tall.
03:05By the end of October, November, you will see it coming off all 27 levels.
