00:00Rory thanks for joining us a final round of 68 for a full plate fourth-place finish enough to seal the DP World Tour ranking

00:06Describe for us what it means to you to be Europe's number one for a fourth time

00:10It means a lot

00:13It's been seven years since I've last done it obviously this is my fourth one, but

00:18It's been a while. I've won three FedEx cups since the last time I won

00:23Which was the race to Dubai back then?

00:25But yeah, it does it means a lot I think

00:28This this fourth one is definitely

00:33Just I was a model of consistency the whole way through the year a lot of top finishes. I think my worst finish

00:39Of the European tour events I played this year was 12th at the start of the year in Abu Dhabi

00:43So just a really consistent season kept putting in good performances

00:48Would have been nice to get one win in there at the at the end of the year here

00:51But John John obviously played an incredible

00:55Tournament and fully deserved it, but you know I'm really proud of my year and

01:01excited for for 2023

01:03Achieve something you haven't before by winning the FedEx Cup and the DP World Tour ranking in the same year and returned

01:08To world number one half proud of the body of work. You've put together this year then yeah very proud of myself

01:13You know I'm Harry, and I were talking going up the last fairway

01:18It seems like it's a long time since

01:21San Antonio the Texas open the week before Augusta this year when I was sort of struggling a little bit

01:27and I made a couple of tweaks with with my game and with my equipment went to a different golf ball and

01:33It seemed like just after that my my whole year turned around and got a ton of momentum at the Masters

01:39And I just went from there

01:41You were voted golfer of the decade at the end of 2019 and when I chatted to you at that time you said you thought

01:46You could take your game to the next level in the next decade

01:49Do you feel you're on that journey now because it looks like you're playing pretty well in all departments to us

01:54Yeah, I think one of the things that I'm really proud of over the last few years is I?

01:59Don't feel like I have to rely on one one aspect of my game

02:03I think like if my driving isn't there then my putter bails me out if my putter isn't there then my arm play feels

02:09Not I just feel like

02:11You know

02:13You know when you get to this level. It's like okay. How can you make those incremental?

02:18Improvements to get better

02:19And I think you know my my goal has been to just become a more complete golfer

02:23And I feel like I'm I'm on the journey to doing that

02:26But I definitely I'm as I'm as complete a golfer as I feel like I've ever been and hopefully I can
