00:00We feel that we're in the countryside, being in Dubai, but having the countryside feeling.
00:21It's an amazing community and we have the space on the roads, everything is just nice.

00:28The house made us first fall in love with the community, but now it's more the community

00:38We've been living in an Arabian Ranchers 1 community called Mirador La Collection since
00:432016.
00:44So this plot is 9,500 square feet, approximately, and then the built up area is around 3,400
00:51square feet.
00:52In particular, this community, because the plots are so big, people are actually starting
00:56to extend their houses and they can buy additional square foot from Emaat.
01:02It's increasing the value of the community massively.
01:05So you can buy a four bedroom house, you can turn it into a six bedroom easily and still
01:10have a big plot.
01:12We love it.
01:13We've got a community pool and we've got parks for the kids, my daughter's tennis courts.
01:19My daughter's always going to play her tennis down there.
01:22She goes to the park every day.
01:23We've got a little tortoise, so she takes her tortoise to the park.
01:26It's an amazing community and we have the space and the roads, everything is just nice.
01:31You don't feel on top of each other.
01:33Here we have a big garden and even before Mirador La Collection, we lived in Naurim.
01:38So even as a townhouse, we still had bigger gardens and we managed to have a pool.
01:43So that's why we kind of stick to the Arabian Ranchers as a community for us.
01:54In 2017, we were looking out to buy a property.
01:59We had a criteria of having a view, a lake view house and it was the agent, the property
02:05agent who just convinced us to come and have a look at Arabian Ranchers, which was not
02:11in our radar at all.
02:13He said even Arabian Ranchers have lakes, so just come have a look.
02:17We came, we fell in love, my husband, the three of us actually, and we decided to place
02:22an offer.
02:23But the funny story is that apparently the owner was just, you know, testing the market.
02:29So then he backed out and we and the property agent, we tried to convince him and finally
02:36after a few months, he sold it, but with a premium.
02:40It's a safe community.
02:42It's a gated community, first of all, which I really like.
02:45It's a lake view house.
02:47So we are very happy, you know, to be, we feel that we're in the countryside, being
02:53in Dubai, but having the countryside feeling.
02:56We've got amazing neighbors and my son, he likes to go to the park every day.
03:02So they have kind of a football match every evening with the neighbors.
03:06I just love Al Reem 1 because like it's so green, not only Al Reem 1, the full of Arabian
03:12Ranchers.
03:13It's just so green and every single, like everything is just so lush and I go to the
03:20park every day.
03:21It's right across the road and I have many friends who play football.
03:25There's all kinds of age groups.
03:33We moved to Dubai a little over four years and we've been living in this community in
03:37Ranchers 2, Arabian Ranchers 2 in Palma for almost two years.
03:42Yeah.
03:43One and a half to two years.
03:44Two years.
03:45Yeah.
03:46We used to live in Dubai Hills.
03:47And at that time it was not our own property.
03:48We used to rent and the rental prices were going through the roof.
03:51And then it just sort of shifted our mentality to think, what is, is it the right time to
03:55make an investment and to buy and to buy?
03:57And we got a good deal on this house.
03:59The moment I came inside the lush green parks and you know, the school inside the community,
04:05I don't know, something just attracted and we came and saw this house and we wanted like
04:09an open floor plan.
04:10And that was another thing that was very certain about and this house, you know, gave
04:14us all that.
04:15So that's why I think the house made us first fall in love with the community, but now it's
04:19more the community than the house.
04:22We literally don't have to go outside the community at all for anything.
04:25My son goes to the school inside the community.
04:29It's a Ranchers primary school, amazing school.
04:32We have the supermarket, Carrefour, clinic, Astor clinic is inside, multiple, all the
04:37shops, like even good restaurants inside.
04:40So yeah, so that's, that's what, what attracted me the most.
04:44Also the parks.
04:45Oh yeah.
04:46And the swimming pools and the tennis courts.
04:48You have literally everything inside and there's a gym, which I regularly visit.
04:53So that's...
04:54And I'm trying to visit more.
