00:09It is possible that the Supreme Court will discuss today the petition that the Senate is far from obliging.

00:14The impeachment trial against Vice President Sara Duterte has already started.

00:18According to SC Spokesperson, Atty. Camille Ting, the petition has already been raffled and is included in the SC's agenda.

00:25In the petition filed by Atty. Catalino Generilio Jr., he insisted that the Constitution does not prohibit the delay of the Senate in its duty even though it is in a recessed session.

00:36The Senate President, Chief Escudero, said that it is only possible for the Senate to convene as an impeachment court if the Congress returns to session in July.

00:45In February 5, the Articles of Impeachment will be transmitted to the Senate after the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:55The Department of Education is now investigating the allegation that there are ghost students in the Senior High School Voucher Program in 12 private schools.

01:03Education Secretary Sunny Angara said that it is possible that the officials or persons involved in the crime will be punished.

01:10It is also possible to stop or remove the accreditation of the schools that will be proven guilty in the upcoming program.

01:17Angara also gave a serious statement to investigate the misuse of the funds.

01:24Meanwhile, the Presidential Task Force on Media Security, which has no media staff, was in Winoon in 2024.
