ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਖੁੱਲ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਕਬੂਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਇੱਕ ਪੂਰਵ-ਯੋਜਿਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਸਲ ਰਾਏ ਜਤਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਖੁੱਲਾਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਮੋੜ ਆ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਿਕੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਰਚਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੈ।
