00:00This is an inspiration to the people and also as a support to us.
00:08When we talk about the school ecosystem, we want to make sure that the students, teachers,
00:17supporters and parents attending the school are in a healthy state.
00:23Therefore, as a priority of the Ministry of Education in 2025,
00:29issues related to bullying, pressure at work and sexual harassment will be dealt with strictly in all levels.
00:38And this is in line with the repeated statement of commitment
00:42mentioned by our Honorable Minister of Education.
00:45Because we want to avoid compromising on issues related to bullying and sexual harassment in our educational institutions.
00:56And both of these issues need to be dealt with strictly based on the guidelines that we have issued.
01:04So, I ask the school leaders, principals and teachers to make sure that
01:10these guidelines are strictly followed and implemented based on the guidelines that we have issued.
01:21The bullying of students will remain as one of the main challenges in the country's education system.
01:27In fact, in 2025,
01:31the Ministry of Education will establish in the Parliament the Legislation of Education Transition 2025,
01:38the continuation of compulsory education from primary education to secondary education
01:44to ensure that every child gets education until the end of secondary education.
01:50This step will not only reduce bullying,
01:54but also allow students to fully use the available educational opportunities.
02:00So for that, let us work together in the context of solidarity of the Ministry of Education of Malaysia
02:08to ensure that these laws will be passed.
02:12Why?
02:13Because the laws that we are implementing are to ensure that there are no students in this country
02:20who are deprived of the education that we will provide to them.
02:26In addition, ladies and gentlemen,
02:28the Ministry of Education will also implement the early intervention program of level 3 and level 4.
02:34In addition, we will introduce the approach of technology and gamification
02:40to increase the motivation of students to attend school.
02:44We optimize the approach of AI that exists today
02:50to ensure that we are able to attract our children back to school,
02:56to continue education up to level 5.
02:59For that, the awareness of society about the importance of education
03:03will continue to be strengthened for the future of the modern generation that we dream of.
