00:00In Rocking, Rock Philippines explained a military exercise called Rocking
00:06that can be tried by an individual.
00:08Here is my report.
00:12Are you looking for a military-type exercise while hiking, walking, or running?
00:17You can go to Rock Philippines led by Kush Evangelista and Richie Bakirin.
00:23Here, they explained the origin of Rocking.
00:26It's from the German Rook, which means back.
00:29So when we say Rucksack, it's a backpack.
00:32So basically, Rocking is walking with a weight on your back or even a weighted vest.
00:38So it's a low-impact exercise based on military training workouts.
00:43And simply put, so if you hike in the mountains, that's Rocking in the mountains.
00:48But if you hike urban, that's Rocking.
00:59Also, Richie clarified that it's still important to consult the coaches
01:04on how heavy a backpack they can carry and how far they can hike.
01:09This year, Rock PH is still preparing to organize Rock events in different parts of the country.
01:17We have monthly Rock events that we're organizing.
01:22And we have Rock events or Rocking activities that we hold in BGC Taguig,
01:28UP Diliman, Quezon City, in Makati.
