00:27These are the escapees who are being caught by the government as illegal aliens

00:32because even if the Fogo in the country is already banned since December 31, they are still staying in the Philippines.

00:38The B.I. defends that their only responsibility is to get the escapees out of the country.

00:44If they are going to enter other countries, it's not their jurisdiction anymore.

00:49It's their prerogative, it's their... as human beings.

00:54But not in the Philippines. When they're blacklisted in the Philippines, they can't be entered anymore.

00:59The B.I. also gates the tickets and other documents to the countries where they are supposed to be deported.

01:06And this is what they are following.

01:08We take outbound tickets from foreign nationals because we don't want to wait anymore for anything else.

01:15The main goal is to deport this person quickly, as quickly as possible and wherever they go.

01:24Because if it's a deportation, you're banning it in our country. They're not banned in any other countries.

01:30It turns out that there are still more than 11,000 escapees in the Philippines

01:35who are being targeted by the B.I. and the government agencies that used to work for the Fogo.

01:41But now they are illegal aliens.

01:43But they have already caught more than 500 and more than 200 will be deported back to their country.

01:50They are now directly blacklisted in the Philippines.

01:53The B.I. is now speeding up the process of deportation for others to be caught.

01:58Once their deportation order has been issued, they were charged with proving that they are illegal aliens.

02:07So their deportation order will be issued.

02:09The only requirements for deportation is just their travel document.

02:14We have coordinated with the embassies to help us expedite the issuance of our travel documents

02:21for foreign nationals with no travel documents.

02:24Aside from the illegal aliens, the B.I. is also targeting Filipinos who may be victims of scam hubs in other countries.

02:32The B.I. is now tightening its grip on the screens of Filipinos who plan to work for the B.P.O. outside the Philippines.

02:40Perhaps because the market is dead already in the Philippines,

02:44there are no longer big online gaming hubs in the Philippines.

02:48That's why Filipinos are being recruited outside the country.

02:52According to the B.I., hundreds of years ago,

02:55they caught 100 Filipinos who may be victims of scam hubs.

02:59And now, just two months after 2025, they have already caught 50 in the past.
