00:00I want to know, the participants who are accepted into the Royal Military Academy,
00:08are there any selection criteria to see their character,
00:13which makes it possible for you to bully them?
00:18Yes, there is.
00:20And it will spread, become a disease and so on.
00:25Furthermore, if they pass, they may have a characteristic of bullying,
00:36either as a student or after they pass.
00:44Thank you, Mr. Kapah, for the open question.
00:49We know that the Malaysians' confidence in the Royal Military Academy is quite high.
00:55If we look at the year 2024,
00:58the request from the parents to get space for their children in the Royal Military Academy
01:04was 2,200 in the year 2024.
01:09While the enrollment was only 260 people.
01:13And if we look at this year, 2025,
01:16although various issues have been raised,
01:18but we know that the Royal Military Academy has its own discipline.
01:23And that confidence, if we look at this year, the request has increased to 3,990.
01:28And our enrollment, as I mentioned earlier, was only 260 people.
01:33Therefore, if we look at the Royal Military Academy,
01:36we know that when we want to enter the Royal Military Academy,
01:39the process and behavior of a student is taken into account in all aspects.
01:45Not only in the context of education,
01:48but also in the background, their co-curriculum, including their attitude and efforts.
01:53That's why sometimes, if we look at the issues related to discipline,
01:58in terms of our education system,
02:00yes, today, in terms of the background, it's quite good.
02:03But the influence of friends may change their attitude and so on.
02:06But our duty in the Royal Military Academy and in the Malaysian Army,
02:11as I mentioned earlier,
02:12our basic trust is to ensure that these students have a high discipline
02:17and they are the future of the military system,
02:20or our public service system,
02:23as well as giving birth to the leadership of our country in the future.
02:27That's my answer.
