01:49Soup stock?
01:50Yes.
01:52There's a soba shop in Izumo, too.
01:54Do people wait for you?

01:56When I eat their soba,
01:58I don't eat other people's soba.
02:00I like soup stock.
02:02Do you go to the soba shop, too?
02:05I hate soba.
02:11Soup stock is really good.
02:13Soup stock is the best.
02:15The smell.

02:24along with Wanko Soba in Iwate Prefecture
02:26and Togakushi Soba in Nagano Prefecture.
02:29Izumo is famous for having about 40 shops in Izumo.
02:34I asked other people in Izumo.
02:37There's Araki Soba Shop.
02:39It's been around for a long time.
02:45How long has it been?
02:47It's been about 70 years.
02:49There's a shop called Arakiya.
02:53You can line up there.
02:55You can line up?
02:56Customers wait for dozens of minutes.

03:05Let's go to 10.30 before the opening.
03:13It's already lined up.
03:15It's so lined up.
03:18This is Arakiya, where 30 people wait for 30 minutes before the opening.
03:25Even when you look at the cars in the parking lot,
03:27customers are gathering from all over the country.
03:32Where did you come from today?
03:33I'm from Kyoto.
03:34From Kyoto?
03:35Yes.
03:36How long does it take?
03:37About five hours.
03:38It's about 2.30 in the middle of the night.

03:44You can go anywhere.
03:46I came from Scotland.
03:48You came from Scotland to eat Japanese soba?
03:50Yes.
03:51Is Japanese soba good?
03:52It's good.
03:55Meanwhile...
03:57I came from Yamagata.
03:59You came from Yamagata?
04:00I came alone.
04:01A woman who has been traveling alone in Izumo for more than five hours from Yamagata.
04:07I admire people like that.
04:10Let me see you for a moment.
04:12She's amazing.
04:15What is Kamisoba of Izumo?
04:17I admire people like that.
04:21I'm sorry to bother you.
04:22This is a Japanese TV program called Oh My God.
04:24I'm sorry to bother you.
04:25No problem.
04:26I heard that Mr. Arakiya is also a god.
04:30So I came to ask.
04:31Is that so?
04:32Are you okay?
04:33This is Mr. Arakiya, the god of Izumo.
04:37He's 52 years old.
04:40How long have you been in business?
04:43I've been in business for 240 years.
04:46What era is it?
04:47It's the late Edo period.
04:50Are there many shops like that in Izumo?
04:52No.
04:53My shop is the oldest.
04:55How many generations have you been in business?
04:57I'm the eighth generation.
04:58The eighth generation.
04:59Many famous people have come to see the taste of Izumo.
05:04This is one of them.
05:06This is Shinjiro Koizumi's wife.
05:09She came here three times.
05:13She went up the historic stairs and sat on the second floor.
05:17Excuse me. May I take your order?
05:19I'd like three soba noodles, please.
05:22Three soba noodles?
05:23Yes.
05:24Thank you very much.
05:26Ms. Yanase is 25 years old and works at a financial company.
05:30Why did she come to Izumo alone in the first place?
05:33To put it simply, it's rude.
05:36I can't believe my eyes.
05:39I can't believe it's all piled up.
05:45I see.
05:46That's why you go on a trip alone.
05:48That's right.
05:49I'll go on a trip alone, too.
05:53Three soba noodles, please.
05:56Thank you for waiting.
05:58Thank you very much.
05:59This is the most popular three soba noodles in Arakiya.
06:05In Izumo, there are three layers of round and small bowls.
06:13The first layer is made of eggs.
06:15The second layer is made of tororo.
06:17The third layer is made of soba noodles only.
06:21The local soba soup has a sweet taste.
06:25Ms. Yanase's soba soup is made of dried sardines.
06:31She removes the head and organs of the dried sardines.
06:35Then she makes a soup stock out of it.
06:38It's a lot of work.
06:39In addition, she mixes several types of soup stock and soy sauce.
06:43She has been making a taste that has not changed since the beginning of the business.
06:47Please put the noodles on top of each other.
06:50Please put the soup stock on top of each other.
06:53Thank you for it.
06:56I'm glad I met this person.
07:10It's good.
07:11Is it good?
07:12It's good.
07:13It's thin, so it's smooth.
07:16It's refreshing.
07:17The noodles are different.
07:19Of course, she is particular about soba noodles.
07:22I put 200g of soba noodles for 1 kg of flour.
07:25It's 10 to 2.
07:26How many kinds of soba noodles are there?
07:28It's often said that there are 28 kinds of soba noodles.
07:30There are two kinds of soba noodles.
07:32It's said that there are 28 kinds of soba noodles, but the ratio is 2 to 8 and 2 to 10.
07:41How about arakiya soba?
07:42It's 2 to 10.
07:44When it comes to 28 kinds of soba noodles, 80% of them are made of soba noodles and 20% of them are made of flour.
07:51However, arakiya soba is made of 20% of flour and 10% of soba noodles.
07:58The flavor of the soba is different.
08:01It looks delicious.
08:02It looks delicious.
08:03How to eat Izumo soba made with such fresh soba noodles.
08:08If you don't like it, you can add more soup stock.
08:17The leftover soba soup is poured on the bottom of the bowl.
08:25The flavor of the soba changes, so I feel like I'm eating something else.
08:32It's thick.
08:33It's good.
08:34It's thick.
08:35And the last one is...
08:37Please add soup stock and drink it.
08:40Thank you very much.
08:43She breaks the noodles with soup stock.
08:45It looks delicious.
08:46The noodles are good.
08:51It's a gentle taste.
08:54It's good.
08:55It's sustainable.
08:57It's all clean.
08:59I'm glad I didn't have to eat it alone.
09:05She's a good girl.
09:07I think she's a good girl.
09:10I think she's a good girl.
09:12I'm glad I didn't have to eat it alone.
09:14I think she's a good girl.
09:16I think she's a good girl.
09:17Did you eat it with her?
09:19Yes, I did.
09:20I went on a trip alone.
09:22Is it possible?
09:25I don't want to be alone when I go on a trip alone.
09:28It's my dream to go on a trip alone.
09:31You don't have any purpose.
09:32You just go on a trip alone.
09:33I just go on a trip alone.
09:35Do you want to go with me?
09:38You don't look like a person.
09:41God of God.
09:43Please tell me.
09:46This time, the God we're going to ask is...
09:50Riru, the god of male cosplayers.
09:54He has more than 1.5 million followers on SNS.
09:58He has a history of cosplaying more than 300 male characters.
10:04He is the top of male cosplayers.
10:08The god of male cosplayers shows himself more manly.
10:15You should have more blood vessels.
10:17Can you get blood vessels?
10:18Yes.
10:19Can you get blood vessels that easily?
10:21If you pull it down, it'll come out.
10:28Wow.
10:29It's coming out.
10:31It's coming out.
10:32You can see his hands.
10:35If you don't drink water, it'll come out more.
10:38It's totally different.
10:40It's a little bit like a woman's hands.
10:43His hands are amazing.
10:45He can express masculine hands by using this technique.
10:54It's like a hedgehog.
10:57In addition, he has a tie-up with jewelry brands and skin care brands.
11:03He is well-known in many industries.
11:06I heard that Will is participating in the Comiket, so I went there.
11:11It's really beautiful.
11:15I found a lot of people who stand out.
11:19The one in the middle is...
11:22Will, the god of male cosplayers.
11:26The shooting time is surrounded by nearly 100 fans.
11:31It's amazing.
11:32It's very popular.
11:34It's really amazing.
11:38It's cute.
11:40It's long and beautiful.
11:42It's cute.
11:43That's what I think.
11:45It has a lot of hair.
11:48What kind of cosplay do you like the most?
11:51It's funny.
11:54After the shooting, Will is also surprised.
11:57Your costume was amazing.
11:59Thank you very much.
12:01It's a thank-you event.
12:03How was the reaction?
12:05The fans were very happy.
12:09Hiromi, Kotaro...
12:11It's been a while.
12:13It's hot and my face is red.
12:15What kind of costume is this?
12:17I'm a Showa Otaku.
12:19Showa Otaku?
12:21This is the question.
12:23Will, do you have a godly existence?
12:27The god is called Yoru.
12:30He's a cameraman.
12:32He's good at touching, shooting, and voice acting.
12:37If he's involved in cosplaying,
12:41he's perfect for making a work.
12:45He definitely takes it at the angle where he can be seen.
12:49He has a great limit.
12:51For example, there is a shuttle locked in a tomb.
12:54He took a picture of it.
12:57Yoru composed it.
13:00He took a posing in the studio.
13:04He practiced composing.
13:07He said he wanted to be in the tomb.
13:10He said, let's do it.
13:12He was a god.
13:14I was very nervous.
13:16It's been a while.
13:18Thank you for your hard work.
13:20It's a cute style.
13:22It's cute.
13:23What kind of style is this?
13:25It's like a boy from another world.
13:28It's an image of a boy from another world.
13:31You were a Showa Otaku last time.
13:33Yes, I was.
13:35Thank you very much.
13:38I've been putting out a calendar since last year.
13:42I was shooting it today.
13:47Today, he is shooting his calendar for 2025.
13:52Who is the god of cosplay?
13:58This is my god, Yori Inoue.
14:03I'm Yori Inoue.
14:06This is Yori Inoue, the god of cosplay.
14:11He liked cameras.
14:13He graduated from the Department of Photography at the University of Japan.
14:17He jumped into this industry.
14:20He is currently working on a photo book.
14:25He is also working on a 2.5D visual shoot.
14:29He is very interested in anime.
14:32Why is he so popular in the 2.5D and cosplay industry?
14:38I work as a photographer and a retoucher.
14:43I do both at the same time.
14:46I'm a photographer and a retoucher.
14:50I can do both at the same time.
14:54In the cosplay industry,
14:56there is a lot of processing work, such as retouching and synthesis,
14:59to create the world view of the work.
15:02There are not many people who are interested in being a photographer and a retoucher.
15:06However...
15:08I started this job because I didn't want people to make fun of the photos I took.
15:13I'm completely independent.
15:16I can do everything by myself.
15:19I'm a god.
15:21They met 8 years ago.
15:25I mainly work in the cosplay magazine, Cosplay Mode.
15:30The editors contacted me about this job.
15:34I'm not the only one who can take photos of Will.
15:38He is not the only one who can choose a camera.
15:42That's how we met.
15:45She is the only Japanese cosplayer in Cosplay Mode.
15:49When she took photos of Will,
15:51she happened to become a photographer.
15:54That's how she became famous.
15:57Every time I take a photo,
15:59I feel like God is praising me.
16:02I have to do my best.
16:05I want to improve the quality of my cosplay.
16:11The composition is good.
16:13There is no NG shot.
16:18I think it's a compatibility.
16:20I think it's a compatibility as a photographer.
16:23If I have to work with Mr. Inoue,
16:28I'll do my best to contact him.
16:32It takes about 3 hours to press the send button.
16:37It's hard.
16:39Now, let's look at God's editing techniques
16:42that changed Will into 2D.
16:45For example,
16:47the eyes of Satou Gojo
16:51are colored.
16:55But this time,
16:57the eyes are colored.
17:00So, I draw my own eyes
17:05to make them look realistic.
17:08Sometimes,
17:10I combine the eyes of the person who drew the eyes.
17:14In addition,
17:16This is composite.
17:19Yes, it is.
17:20What about this?
17:22It's composite.
17:24It's not a set.
17:26No, it's not.
17:28When I combine it with the background of natural light,
17:33I think it's like a backlight.
17:37So, I take a photo.
17:40Do you dare to take a photo with a backlight?
17:42Yes.
17:43When I look at it from the field,
17:45I think it's dark and not beautiful.
17:48But when I composite it,
17:50it doesn't look unnatural.
17:54In the popular manga,
17:56The Beast of the King,
17:58she explains the God's editing technique
18:00with a cosplay photo of Sogetsu.
18:02I take a photo with the lighting
18:05that matches the background
18:08of Will.
18:11First, she prepares the background.
18:14Then, she composes the photo she took there.
18:18Will is here.
18:22Then, I add shadows.
18:24That's it.
18:26Will is there.
18:28Will is there.
18:30The sun is one.
18:32So,
18:34I started with one.
18:36But, the ground was very dark.
18:39In the real sun,
18:41there is not much light
18:44on the face.
18:47So, I have two.
18:50One is for the feet.
18:52So, the light is only for the feet.
18:55Yes, I add one more.
18:59Why do you put it on the feet?
19:03It's so sunny,
19:04but it's dark here.
19:05I thought it was impossible.
19:08So, I put it on the feet.
19:09It's so sunny.
19:10She also has a God's editing technique.
19:13For example,
19:14this photo before composing.
19:17Inoue made it like this.
19:21I just sat there.
19:24When she composes this,
19:26I look at Inoue's height
19:28and the length of her legs.
19:31I put something about this length.
19:35When I pose like this,
19:37I can see the space.
19:39It's hard to answer
19:41if someone asks me how I do it.
19:43It's not a sense, is it?
19:45I think so.
19:46I think about the composition
19:48and take a photo.
19:50Cameramen are different.
19:54Artists are different.
19:56That's right.
19:57And,
19:58Kamini always does this
20:00when she takes anime cosplay photos.
20:03When I take a photo,
20:05I look at all the works.
20:07I can't give instructions.
20:09I don't know the atmosphere.
20:11For example,
20:12if Will wants to do Kochikame,
20:15there are so many Kochikame.
20:17That's right.
20:18I look at them.
20:19Wow.
20:20But,
20:21I don't think there are people
20:23who ask me to do Kochikame
20:24when they see my works.
20:26I'm not worried about that.
20:28That's what I think.
20:31It's interesting,
20:32so I want to do it.
20:34That's not good.
20:35That's right.
20:36It's interesting.
20:38By the way,
20:39today is a calendar photo shoot.
20:40That's right.
20:41You're going to shoot a calendar.
20:43What month is it?
20:44October.
20:45It's autumn.
20:46Autumn sunshine is strong,
20:48so I'm going to make it stronger.
20:52On the other hand,
20:53Kamini is particular about male cosplay.
20:56It's taping.
20:58I take a photo of my face.
21:00Your face?
21:01The shape of my eyes changes.
21:04It doesn't matter if it's a girl or a boy.
21:07This is the outline of the anime.
21:11I see.
21:12This boy has good fishtail eyes.
21:15He has drooping eyes,
21:16so he has fishtail eyes.
21:18What?
21:19She uses a classic technique
21:21called taping
21:23to change the shape of the eyes and outline naturally
21:26and continues to create kamikosplay.
21:29Let's start the calendar photo shoot.
21:34Should I put more shadows here?
21:39I think it's better to have a lot of shadows.
21:40I agree.
21:41Let's do it without a tripod.
21:42This is annoying.
21:44I'll do it.
21:45Oh, it's too big.
21:47That's amazing.
21:49It would be great if I could just remove the light bulb.
21:53Please.
21:54I'll get ready.
21:59Okay.
22:03It looks like a doll.
22:10I like this one.
22:14I'll take this one.
22:17This is amazing.
22:18Kapok is a genius.
22:22Does this change?
22:24A lot.
22:25A lot?
22:26A lot.
22:27It's totally different.
22:28I'll take the white one.
22:29I'll take the black one.
22:30It's totally different.
22:32I agree.
22:34It's totally different.
22:35It's totally different.
22:36I thought it was a little too low,
22:39so I changed it to white.
22:41In terms of atmosphere...
22:43I think black is cooler.
22:45I agree.
22:46This is the best.
22:48Please speak up.
22:51What?
22:56I think I should stretch my stomach.
22:58Why?
22:59My clothes.
23:01I have a wrinkle.
23:03Is this it?
23:04Yes.
23:05I think it's better not to look like a woman.
23:10So, I stretch my stomach.
23:12I can only see the cameraman,
23:15so I don't have anyone to talk to.
23:18Maybe I'm just noisy.
23:21I can hear you.
23:23And then...
23:29How is it?
23:30It's really beautiful.
23:32It's like Kaichi.
23:35I thought it would be better to take it from the bottom so that it wouldn't look like a woman.
23:40How long do you usually take it?
23:42For me, I take it in 30 minutes.
23:49If I don't take it in 30 minutes,
23:51I can take what I want in an hour and a half.
23:55What about you, Inoue?
23:57I take it in 5 minutes.
23:59The fastest woman.
24:02Beautiful.
24:10It's beautiful.
24:12All of her fingers are beautiful.
24:15This is October.
24:17I see.
24:18Inoue took care of the depth of her fingers.
24:22This is July.
24:23July.
24:24Trunks.
24:25What does that mean?
24:27Will's muscles.
24:30Is there no composition?
24:31Almost no retouching.
24:32No retouching.
24:33No retouching.
24:35Which one do you like?
24:37I like March.
24:40Which month?
24:42I like August when I'm in the office.
24:45It's really good.
24:47This calendar will sell well.
24:50I'll take a picture of the calendar.
24:53The next day.
24:57This is it.
24:59Let's go inside.
25:03You come here often, don't you?
25:05I come here every day.
25:08This is the store.
25:11This is my Gelände.
25:14Look.
25:17I'm making a bonfire stand.
25:21Hiromi's favorite store, Nanga.
25:25The store is located in Shiga Prefecture.
25:27It has 11 stores in Japan.
25:29It's a popular outdoor brand.
25:32Why did the staff visit Nanga?
25:36Hiromi is going to retire on February 13th.
25:40Do you want to make a red Chanko down?
25:45Yes.
25:47We don't accept such requests.
25:51It may be difficult.
25:53Let's confirm it.
25:54You don't have to do it.
25:57They asked Hiromi to make a red Chanko down.
26:02The next day, the president of Nanga came to Harajuku.
26:05The president asked Hiromi to negotiate directly.
26:08Nanga asked me to collaborate with him.
26:11I said I wanted to make a red Chanko down.
26:13He said he would make it for me.
26:15He is very busy.
26:17He will retire next winter.
26:19It's about a year from now.
26:21He really wants to make a red Chanko down.
26:24Will he be able to make a red Chanko down?
26:32Nice to meet you.
26:34I'm OH MY GOD from Nihon TV.
26:35I'm YOKOTA, the president of Nanga.
26:37Nice to meet you.
26:39This is YOKOTA TOMOYUKI, the president of Nanga.
26:46Is there a lot of futons here?
26:49This is a futon shop.
26:51You can see futons, sleeping bags, and down jackets.
26:55Is this a futon shop?
26:57My grandfather made a futon.
27:00My father made a sleeping bag.
27:02I made a down jacket.
27:05Nanga was founded in 1941.
27:08It was a small futon maker that processed cotton futons.
27:12At that time, the production of cotton was the highest nationwide.
27:18The domestic share of futons was between 30% and 40%.
27:24However, due to the flow of time, production spread overseas, such as Asia, and sales declined.
27:32The second president, his father, started the production of sleeping bags as a brand.
27:39At that time, the production of sleeping bags in Asia was the mainstream.
27:42At that time, the sales of sleeping bags did not increase as expected.
27:46In 2001, the third president, TOMOYUKI, started manufacturing and selling down jackets using the know-how of futons and sleeping bags.
27:58When domestic down jackets are available at a low price, they become very popular.
28:03This is a really good down jacket.
28:05The sales were originally 300 million yen.
28:07In just 14 years, the sales have increased to 5.5 billion yen, which is more than 18 times.
28:12This is the god of down jackets.
28:15Will the god of down jackets accept the red down jacket?
28:21Did I say I wanted to wear a red down jacket?
28:25Yes, you did.
28:26I was wondering if you could make a red down jacket.
28:30I don't know if there is a red fabric.
28:33If there is a fabric, it's okay at all.
28:36He immediately bought it.
28:39He went to the factory in Shiga Prefecture.
28:42Currently, there are more than 70 craftsmen, including engineers and art students, in the factory of the company.
28:49They continue to make down jackets every day.
28:53What is the secret of down jackets?
28:56The material used in the production of sleeping bags is the most expensive.
29:01The price of down jackets is very high.
29:05What is the secret of down jackets?
29:08The material used in the production of sleeping bags is the most expensive.
29:13It is a water-repellent material.
29:17Down jackets are weak to water, so it is a fabric that can support it the most.
29:23A waterproof and water-repellent material developed by NANGA, which is also used in down jackets in Hiromi.
29:28AURORATEX
29:30Waterproof and water-repellent material developed by NANGA, which is also used in down jackets in Hiromi.
29:34The price of down jackets is very high.
29:37The price of down jackets is very high.
29:45What is the secret of down jackets?
29:48The material used in the production of sleeping bags is the most expensive.
29:53It is a water-repellent material.
29:57The price of down jackets is very high.
30:22Wow!
30:24Because it is a Nanga that has made a sleeping bag, it is possible to make a dam with excellent waterproof performance that does not let water through even in snow or rain.
30:35Furthermore,
30:36Would you like to try it on?
30:39Thank you very much.
30:40Yes, please.
30:41Really?
30:42Yes.
30:43Is it this light?
30:45That's right.
30:46It's warm.
30:50It's hot now.
30:52If you think it's hot, you have to take it off because it gets hot.
30:56Why is it so light and warm?
30:58Fertilizer is the most important thing.
31:01The quality of the fertilizer used inside will greatly change the warmth.
31:06I use a duck from Spain.
31:08Spain has a long breeding period, and the more breeders there are, the larger the fertilizer will be.
31:15As a result, it is easy to get good fertilizer.
31:17I think it's a good fertilizer because I'm using the fertilizer that I grew freely in the vast land.
31:24The president himself went to Spain to select the highest quality fertilizer for the down jacket.
31:32Generally, the fertilizers used in down jackets are mostly Chinese.
31:38Spanish fertilizer has a lot more air than Chinese.
31:45Since each fertilizer is large, the amount used will be reduced and the down jacket will be lighter.
31:52In addition, the air contained in the fertilizer has the property of retaining heat.
31:58Therefore, Spanish fertilizer, which contains air well, is warmer to prevent body heat from escaping outside.
32:06In order to maximize the goodness of the down jacket, the amount of down jacket is determined by the unit of 1g.
32:14The most important task of down jackets is to blow-dry.
32:20How long have you been doing this job?
32:22I've been doing this job for 13 years.
32:26Can you tell the difference by the feeling?
32:28I can tell the difference by the feeling when I blow-dry the down jacket.
32:39What kind of down jacket is this?
32:41The president's father made this down jacket.
32:48Did he?
32:49Yes, he did.
32:51Hold the hose with your left hand.
32:53Look at the scale.
32:57Step on the pedal with your foot.
33:00Hold the pipe with your right hand.
33:03I'm really concentrating on my work.
33:06Can you show me how you blow-dry the down jacket?
33:09There are 496g of down jackets in the container.
33:14She's going to blow-dry exactly 10g of down jackets.
33:27She blew-dry exactly 10g of down jackets in two times.
33:30You can tell the difference by 1g or 2g.
33:34So, I'm doing my best to blow-dry exactly 10g of down jackets.
33:37Can you tell the difference by the feeling?
33:39I sometimes wear the down jacket over my head.
33:43But I don't care about it at all.
33:46When I blow-dry the down jacket, I can feel the holes in my ears.
33:55Is it fun?
33:56Yes, it's fun.
33:57It's really fun.
34:00It's fun.
34:02She also blows-dry the down jacket.
34:07Now, she's going to finish it up.
34:11Did you make this?
34:13Yes, I did.
34:15This is Ms. Han, the ace of the sewing department.
34:19Ms. Han, have you ever made such a color before?
34:22No, this is my first time.
34:25Normally, the color is black.
34:27But this is red on the outside and inside.
34:30So, I think it's better to make it red.
34:36Ms. Han's idea made the zipper red.
34:40And the inside of the pocket is red, too.
34:44All the threads are red, too.
34:49She made everything red.
34:53And she wrote a message for Hiromi on the bottom of the down jacket.
34:59No, I don't need it.
35:03It's the best, so it's not that difficult.
35:07I finished it in two days.
35:09I was told that I was the ace of the sewing department.
35:22Nice to meet you. I'm Hiromi.
35:24I often see you in private.
35:28I usually wear it.
35:30But it's too good.
35:33Mr. Hiromi said so.
35:35This time, for Mr. Hiromi's celebration,
35:38he brought a special red down jacket.
35:43One, two, three.
35:45It's cool.
35:47It's cool.
35:48It's the best.
35:49I think it's good.
35:51It looks good.
35:53Mr. Hiromi doesn't think it's red.
35:56I
36:26Don't know
36:56Kara the chun-chun kuga detector.

37:19Linear begins at 60
