00:05You might have already saved, but the medicine is not registered, like what was seen in Pasay.

00:11Marisol Abdurrahman, Xclusive, was able to find out.

00:18After receiving a statement from the alleged buyer,

00:22the CIDG Detection Special Operations Unit immediately entered.

00:26This condominium unit is located in Pasay City.

00:29The room was misused by the pharmacy because of the different medicines.

00:32It's not a common brand, and there are even foreign characters.

00:38You won't read the label, you're just taking the word of the seller for it.

00:46And the bad thing about this is that our FDA has no validation if what they're saying is true.

00:52The operation was initiated after the CIDG reported

00:55the illegal sale of unregistered medicines.

00:59And they're not just selling it in the suspect's area, but also online.

01:04At the very least, it will be a placebo that has no effect on the body,

01:08or at worst, if it's dangerous chemicals that our countrymen took.

01:14It's really dangerous, it's very dangerous.

01:16Some antibiotics, pain relievers, heart medicine, and herbal medicines were confiscated.

01:23Some imported beauty products were also confiscated.

01:26The medicines are said to be tampered with because they're not harmful,

01:28which is cheaper when compared to branded medicines.

01:32The problem is, there's really no assurance that this medicine will have the effect that they promised to have.

01:40Chinese, Taiwanese, and Vietnamese POGO workers are the main target of this operation,

01:47One Chinese person was arrested during the operation.
