00:06I'm not really a 5k runner, I just did two marathons in winter so I decided just to change

00:13my running routine and in winter I want to do something like a speed session, more focused

00:19on the speed session, that's why I decided why not to do a 5k here, I'm from Fort Williams

00:25so it's a very close race, so it's good fun.

00:29Ok, so you've prepared this for the half marathon then?

00:32Yeah.

00:33So have you done many 5k's?

00:35Not really, not really, no, I'm mostly focusing on the marathons, but I decided just to do

00:42some more speed session.

00:43Just to get a bit of pace into the legs?

00:45Yeah, because I always had like a, I did like two marathons and my pace was like a one working

00:51pace and that's it, that's why I decided I just need to change my routine, that's why.

00:57So have you got any big race coming up, anything you've planned?

01:00Yeah, well, next marathon will be in Riga, so yeah, I'm from Latvia, that's why for me

01:06it's like a number one race, I will try just to be in top three, who knows how it goes,

01:11but this is my big goal.

01:13So that's Riga marathon, is it?

01:15Yeah, and it will be in the same time as the Latvian championship of marathons, so.
