00:06 I wasn't really that bothered about time today.

00:08 It was just I was wanting a good race.

00:10 So I knew Lachlan was doing it.

00:12 Lachlan's always a good one to race against.

00:14 So the last two were kind of running with each other for most of it.

00:18 And I just managed to get the better of him near the end today.

00:22 How did you find the conditions?

00:24 Was it perfect for racing?

00:26 Oh yeah, really good. It was a bit slip on the foot.

00:28 But you only felt that at the two corners.

00:30 So overall I didn't really notice it too much.

00:34 So really good conditions.

00:36 It's almost too hot now.

00:38 First time in an event?

00:40 Or have you competed before?

00:42 No, this is my first time doing this event.

00:44 So a really good event, well organised.

00:46 So yeah, I'm happy I came up.

00:48 And what's next for you now?

00:50 What are you aiming for in 2023?

00:52 Next week I'm doing the Zasgo Miler meet.

00:54 So that's another 5,000 on the track this time.

00:56 So that's the next one.

00:58 And then after that, I'm not sure.

01:00 There will be a half marathon in August time.

01:02 But I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing quite yet.

01:06 Is that the main ambition for this year?

01:08 Yeah, most likely a half marathon.

01:10 So there's one in London I'm most likely to do.

01:14 So that's kind of the big target, I think.
