00:00Matt Sadler has confirmed that Ronan Meyer is set to have his loan spell at National League outfit Tamworth extended by a further month.
00:12The 20-year-old rejoined the Lambs last month on a 28-day loan.
00:19He had previously joined them in December and scored a famous equaliser against Burton Albion in the second round of the FA Cup,
00:28which obviously then pitted them against Tottenham Hotspur in the third round.
00:32He was unable to feature after his loan spell was curtailed by an ankle injury after recovering.
00:39He rejoined them in February and he's made a real impression during his time at the club.
00:47Across his two spells, it's two goals, three assists in 11 appearances.
00:52Sadler says that he wants Meyer, a Walsall Academy graduate, to go out and get more minutes and have a chance to express himself and show what he's all about.
01:04So yeah, likely for that loan spell to be extended.
01:08Meyer had two very bright loan spells at Russia Olympic last season in the National League North.
01:15He returned to Walsall in the summer as part of the first-team plans, made eight appearances in all competition and had a real run in some of the cup games.
01:24But league minutes were hard to come by, reduced to just two cameos from the bench.
01:29Both of those came back in August.
