00:12Almost four years since the investigation of the bloody fight against illegal drugs and extrajudicial killings of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:24Yesterday, Duterte was arrested and transferred to The Hague, Netherlands to face charges filed by the International Criminal Court.

00:35Allowing the former president to face charges of crimes against humanity in relation to his bloody war on drugs.

00:45The Philippines completely withdrew from the ICC in 2019.

00:50But the arrest warrant was passed by the International Criminal Police Organization or INTERPOL.

00:58As a member of INTERPOL, the Philippines has an obligation and commitment to uphold.

01:06We are not talking to the ICC. They are asking for a lot of documents that we were not given.

01:12That's all. We cannot be denied by INTERPOL.
