00:00Do you feel sometimes or even more stressed in your daily day or even a little bit nervous?
00:05Then I have a really simple trick and it's called breathing.
00:09No, seriously, breathing is one of the easiest way to loosen the tension out of your body out of your nervous system.
00:17And a very helpful technique is the so-called box breathing.
00:21And it goes like this.
00:23Just stand.
00:26Imagine a square and each side has four seconds.
00:30Now let's do it together.
00:32You inhale.
00:341, 2, 3, 4.
00:36Hold.
00:381, 2, 3, 4.
00:40Exhale.
00:421, 2, 3, 4.
00:44Hold the exhale.
00:461, 2, 3, 4.
00:48Again.
00:56Do this breathing technique for minimum 8 rounds because this is the time our nervous system needs to understand that it can relax right now.
01:17And this simple breathing technique is super beneficial because it lowers your blood pressure, boosts your concentration and reduces your stress in the nervous system immediately.
