(Adnkronos) - “Dal nostro punto di osservazione privilegiato, notiamo che il welfare aziendale, che abbraccia una moltitudine di servizi, nelle Pmi non è ancora tanto elevato. Il mercato del lavoro presta particolare attenzione a quelle che sono le logiche di incentivazione del dipendente e allo stesso tempo intravediamo alcune sfide. Tra queste, quella di accompagnare le aziende in un percorso di informazione e formazione”. Sono le parole di  Tommaso Palermo, managing director Pluxee Italia, al Welfare Day, evento organizzato a Palazzo dell’Informazione a Roma e dedicato al welfare aziendale. Giunto alla terza edizione, è organizzato da Comunicazione Italiana in collaborazione con Pluxee Italia, partner leader a livello globale nel settore dei benefit aziendali e dell’engagement dei dipendenti.

00:00The world of work, of human resources in general, is a continuous evolution.
00:07We have business models, a global context, an ever-increasing cost of labor,

00:19We see a double challenge for human resources.
00:21On the one hand, working on well-being, on well-being, on the engagement of employees,

01:07a market that is positively impacted by the regulations, both for the company and for the employees,
01:12a market that pays particular attention to the logic of incentivizing employees.
01:18At the same time, we see some challenges.
01:21We see, above all, a logic of accompanying companies on a path of training and training,
01:28especially in SMEs, small and medium enterprises,
01:30where the adoption of welfare tools is still not so high.
01:36Our mission is precisely to be partners,
01:38to accompany companies on a virtuous path in providing welfare services.
01:43So, on the one hand, working on well-being, on the engagement of employees,
01:46and on the other, providing income support tools.
01:49We have three main assets.
01:51One is digital, we mentioned it today, very important,
01:54which allows us to create very close connections between companies and employees,
01:58allows us to simplify and simplify corporate processes,
02:01and allows us to create those innovative experiences for users,
02:04also in the corporate environment,
02:05so that welfare can be delivered in the simplest and most fluid way possible.
02:10I would like to mention a theme of commercial and consulting approach.
02:14So, we set ourselves the strong goal of accompanying companies,

02:20of accompanying them on an educational path
02:22to increase the awareness of what welfare is,
02:26and of what the potential of corporate welfare is for companies of every size and type.
02:30And finally, our sustainable approach.
02:32I would like to mention it because it is important.
02:34We are the only sector company to have set important and clear goals of net zero.
02:40Net zero means a strong goal of reducing our carbon footprint by 2035.
02:47But we do not stop here.
02:49Sustainability is a much broader concept.
02:51It accompanies the whole branch, all the stakeholders with whom we collaborate.
02:54So, we try to have a positive, virtuous approach in the comfort of all stakeholders,
02:58whether they are clients, partners, employees, or the community in which we operate.
