00:25the third edition event organized by Comunicazione Italiana in collaboration with Plaxi Italia.
00:31When we talk about welfare, we talk about a multitude of services.
00:35From the simplest, such as good meals, good purchases and good fuel, to the most sophisticated welfare platforms.
00:41What else? They are not huge digital containers of various services, such as health care, insurance,
00:48health and leisure activities.
00:50We see a growing market, a market that is positively impacted by the regulations for both companies and employees.
00:57A market that pays particular attention to what are the logics of incitement of the employee.
01:04At the same time, we see some challenges.
01:06We see, above all, a logic of accompanying companies in a path of training and training,
01:13especially in SMEs, small and medium enterprises, where the adoption of welfare tools is still not so high.
01:19Corporate welfare becomes a central element of the employee's return package.
01:24In some parts of the welfare, companies will gradually replace those parts that the State can no longer guarantee.

02:30Finally, we are adopting a flexible approach to the design of welfare solutions,
02:39in order to make them simpler, with a wider range and more adaptable to the different needs of people through the different phases of their careers and lives.
