Ingredients:
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup
-Corn Flour 1/2 cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 3 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Namak 1/2 tsp or to taste ( Salt )
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbsp
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1/4 tsp
-Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbsp
-Hari mirch 1/2 tbsp chopped ( Green Chilies )
-Pani 1/2 Cup or as required ( Water )
-Boiling water as required
-salt 1 tsp
-Aloo (Potatoes) thick slices 3-4 medium
-Cooking oil for frying
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
Directions For Cooking:
-Take a wok add water as required and salt mix well.
-Add potatoes & mix well, cover & blanch for 2 minutes then strain & set aside.
-In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, corn flour cumin powder ,salt, red chili powder ,coriander seeds, orange food color, green chilies chopped ,fresh coriander ,gradually add water & mix until well combined, cover .
-In boiling water ,add salt & mix well.
-In a wok, heat cooking oil, dip blanched potatoes in prepared pakora batter & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-In a small bowl, add chaat masala , & mix well & toss well.
-Serve with chutney or any sauce.
