00:00The Department of Migrant Workers, or DMW, has opened the Susan Oplil Labor Migration and Development Resource Center.
00:08Not only for overseas Filipino workers, OFWs, but it will also be open to everyone.
00:14The goal is to have a library for the children of OFWs, academics, and researchers.
00:21This is not only a place where they can study, but it will also serve as an arts center for the children
00:27to bring out their talents and feelings through the arts.
00:32Meanwhile, this will also show the unwavering love of the former DMW Secretary Toots Ople to our fellow OFWs.
00:43We are open. The OFW's library is open on Malugay Street, DMW building in Makati.
00:55We are open from 8am to 5pm.
