00:00When I got home, I looked at my body and asked if I could do it.

00:04I said, sure, let's fight for it.

00:06Let's do it tomorrow.

00:11Were you nervous when you went up to the stage?

00:13Yes.

00:14How nervous were you?

00:16I was nervous because it was my first fashion show.

00:19After 8 years, I did the opening.

00:23Of course, I'm thankful to Sir Ben.

00:25Thank you, Sir Ben Chan and the team for the opportunity.

00:28But I was under pressure because everyone was expecting so much of me.

00:34Because I was going to be opening the show.

00:37Actually, the night before, I found out about my segment,

00:42what the tribute was, and what the essence of my outfit was.

00:50So that's 1987, the first ever campaign of Bench of Kuya Richard Gomez.

00:57So that's what he was wearing while he was performing.

00:59So it really added to the pressure.

01:02That's why I said, when I got home, I looked at my body and asked if I could do it.

01:09I said, sure, let's fight for it.

01:10Let's do it tomorrow.

01:12How did people react when you went up to the stage?

01:14It was crazy.

01:15But my excitement was also crazy.

01:17Because it was my first show.

01:19For some reason, when I woke up in the morning,

01:21my heart was beating fast and I was very excited to go to the venue to rehearse.

01:25I said, let's go, this is my first Benchmast show, let's go.

01:28I even went to the gym.

01:30I said, coach, let's go, we'll see each other later.

01:33So I cut my hair.

01:35So I was a bit messy that day.

01:37It's obvious that you were sold out.

01:40But the experience was surreal.

01:42It was, I think, I would consider one of the highlights of my year to date.

01:48And I'm just so happy I did it.

01:51So will you do it again?

01:53Of course, if the next one is like that,

01:55of course, the next one won't have that many subplots, right?
