Cincinnati Bengals Need a Defensive Playmaker

00:00I need another defensive playmaker.

00:02I think that's their need because a lot of people are going to say defensive

00:05tackle or pass rush or defensive end, or maybe some say linebacker.

00:10You could argue safety.

00:11You could say court, like you could go in a bunch of different routes.

00:14You know what I want?

00:15Any of them.

00:16Give me a top playmaker.

00:17That's going to make a difference.

00:19And maybe that's a John Campbell out of Alabama, the linebacker who's coming

00:24off a shoulder surgery.

00:25So that's kind of scary, but if he's healthy and checks all the boxes could

00:28certainly be that playmaker, maybe it's Nick Emanwuri from South Carolina,

00:32who's a safety, but can play in the middle of the field.

00:34And if they think that he can do everything that they ask a safety to do on

00:39the back end, maybe that's the guy, or maybe it is a pass rusher.

00:43Walter Nolan in town this week for a visit out of Ole Miss.

00:46Maybe it's one of the multiple defensive ends that people have talked about in

00:51this year's class.

00:51Like there are a lot of different options that you could go, but if they go

00:57defense in round one, I am not set on a position.

01:01My thirst for a playmaker is at an all-time high on defense.

01:06They need it.

01:07And if they're going defense in round one, that better be the route they go.

01:12Not, oh, defensive line to take defensive line.

01:14They need a guy who's going to make plays and make a difference right now.
