00:00524-2105 with Mason Dixon, Kathy Davis. You have a good weekend. I had a great weekend. How about you? I did too. And boy, did we have fun searching the internet for knuckleheads. Yes. And I think we found them. The wacky news stories of the afternoon. Let us share what we found. A 14-year-old kid got into a fight with his parents and wanted a place to get away. So he went to the backyard and started digging an underground cave to hang out in. Oh no. Well, the initial fight happened in 2015. He's 20 years old now and he's recently shared pictures.
00:30online after working on this underground cave for six years. It started with a pickaxe, but then he found some friends with better tools. It's now 10 feet deep and he has multiple rooms, including a living room, a bedroom, a heating system, music and Wi-Fi in it. Why not just get an apartment? Well, the best news is that he has only spent a grand total of $60 on the entire thing. It even has concrete walls. He said it floods sometimes and there's a lot of bugs, but he doesn't mind. And his parents seem to approve.
01:00A whole meaning to live in mom and dad's basement. Exactly. All right. We got a Florida man story here. I found this one. This is a pretty good little boy from Lakeland, um, got picked up and arrested for a DUI and possession of cocaine. Well, technically it wasn't all that when they found him, they found him. The cops did asleep behind the wheel of his pickup truck, but he was pretty much a mess. He had a white
01:29powdery substance, powdery substance all around his nose. That could be a giveaway. Yeah. Unless you were eating, you know, donuts have that sugar stuff on them. They didn't find the donuts. So I had, there was a strong smell of whiskey on his breath. This one's getting good. And when the deputy asked him to get out of the vehicle, he tried to stumble out, but he forgot to put the thing in part before he got out. And the car started rolling forward.
01:59And, um, um, put him in the backseat of the police car. Well, evidently he woke up enough to realize that when he got in the backseat of the patrol car, he still had a couple of little baggies of cocaine that he might not ought to let these officers find.
02:13Oh, no. So where do you think he tried to hide those baggies of cocaine? There's only a couple of places. And both of them are where the sun don't shine. And we will leave it at that since this is a family show. Needless to say, he, uh, tested positive for cocaine and is now baking over in the Hope County jail. Oh, good. That is not, that is not a place you want to get arrested and hang out over there. Cause Grady Judd doesn't put up with much.
02:42He does not. He's one of my favorites. Absolutely.
