00:38Alright, bilang graduation season po ngayon, pag-usapan po natin itong life after college.
00:45Pero meron tinatahog tayong post-graduation anxiety.
00:48Doc John, ano po ba itong anxiety na ito?
00:52Yes, Ma'am Dayan, ito yung anxiety na because of the transition.
00:56So, pag-anxiety kasi ang sinasabi natin, ang inlayman, ito yung parang pangamba, takot, worry, fear.
01:04So, ano ba ang pinakatakutan or pinapangambahan ng isang bagong graduate?
01:10So, really, it's about the uncertainty, Ma'am Dayan.
01:13Yung uncertainty, meaning hindi natin alam kung ano yung mangyayari in the future, in the next few weeks after graduation, in the next few months.
01:21And ang usual na mga iniisip kasi na isang graduate, kaya nangangamba sila at natatakot about the future is,

03:20Because isa yun sa mental health na na-challenge yung anxiety.
03:23Ipaghamba, sometimes it can be stress.
03:27Yung stress sa paghanap ng trabaho, stress about the pressure and the pressure to perform,
