00:00Patrick, I want to go to you because your audience, your Gen Z audience has really
00:04been so critical to your growth. Well, actually, six years ago when I started at Elf, I sat down
00:13with my boss and she said, we have a big responsibility because we stand for every eye,
00:17lip and face. And that is a huge responsibility. And sometimes we piss people off. But at the end
00:23of the day, we are the number one Gen Z brand by Piper Sandler. It's been seven seasons with a
00:28really high sentiment of 35%. And the next brand below us is pretty, there's a big distance,
00:35a big delta if you would look at the number. And we do take Gen Z. We don't take the pedal
00:42off the metal, if you will. We lean in hard with the Gen Z consumer. We believe in them.
00:47They are cool. And we do really cool shit. So it's kind of fun to play in the space. And
00:52also recognizing that across the board, shifting into the space, we look at, that's why we
00:59started an entertainment arm, is to really make sure that we're talking to every consumer,
01:03specifically the Gen Z-er.
