Marcos welcomes positive OCTA survey

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on April 29, 2025 welcomes the latest OCTA Research survey showing that a majority of Filipinos still trust and approve him, saying the poll validated what government has been trying to do since 2022. "So it continues to inspire me because it shows that we’re making progress. That’s all I’m saying," the President said during a chance interview in Silang, Cavite where he attended the graduation ceremony of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA).
